Have you ever watched the Korean drama series, 'Squid Game' on Netflix? I've heard that this is the very sensational programs as one of the Netflix’s original K-drama series and even Netflix's co-CEO says 'Squid Game' may be its most popular show ever. What so you think of this? Do you agree with this or not?
I am very proud of this 'Squid Game' and I want to say thank you, the people all over the world for loving this as one of the Korean living in Seoul.

I did not actually start to watch 'Squid Game' from the just beginning when it had been shown on Netflix. I could watch it after I felt how much big popular 'Squid Game' is through the SNS.
Honestly I am trying not to enjoy watching TV because once I feel some drama series interesting and exciting, I have to finish all series as fast as possible I can.
When I first met the 'Prison Breaks' about 15 years ago even before knowing the presence of Neflix, I had been up all three nights to conquer all the stories of it. I did not want to let myself do anything except for enjoying this.
I was almost crazy about it and since then I had known myself for certain which when I drive myself in watching some dramas, I could not get out of it.
That's why I try to intentionally keep away from not only Korean dramas but America's.
However after I have known what Neflix was, my eager for experiencing it could not been stopped. Neflix cannot be denied by the fact that it is such an incredible something stuff which makes me stay all day long on a couch without doing anyhthing.
It had finally brought up my obessive personality for having to complete the whole stories at once.
There are Top fives which make me overwhelmed on Netflix.
To be honest I can list much more over five but I think just these things seem to be enough to show my loyalty for Netflix.
With coming to my mind, I will just write it down so please do not add any meaning to this sequence.
The first one is 'The Friends' which has the longest episodes I've ever known. I was big fan of this to the point of buying all DVDs by season 10. Of course I am still a fan of it. I LOVE RACH!!
The second one is 'The 100' where the main actor and actress got married in real. I think the imagination of this story is fresh and new and also it is like a movie becuase of the visual arts.
The third one is 'La casa de Papel' that made me interested in learning Spanish.
Whenever you watch this you realize this director is always thinking outside of the box because the story of this is being develoed in totally defferent though you predict what things are going to happen.
The next is 'The Blacklist', it was quite exciting and had me keep seeing it in the begining but later the episodes filmed after Covid 19 pandemic made me feel a little bit disappointed. Anyway I have finished all seasons.
The last one is the very 'Squid Game' called ojing-eogeim in Korean.
I could recall my childhood thanks to an old-fashion game like 'Mugunghwa flower has blossomed'- 무궁화 꽃이 피었습니다 in korean. This game just allows players to move only when they hear her singsong voice saying “Mugunghwa flower has blossomed." Some parts of scenes of 'Mugunghwa flower has blossomed' in this drama are cruel though.
The game such as 'Dalgona challenge' shown up in the drama is bcoming more and more popular and the popularity has led a few people to set up business in the end to make a place where the people loving 'Squid game' can enjoy and experience doing it.
I surely could understand that some stores had been ready to open in Korea but it made me surprised that even in France a pop-up store has opened.
There are also many goods related to 'Squid game' like clothes, masks, the kit for making dalgonas and etc in Amazon as well as in domestic internet shopping mall.
I should have made those things to make some money. :)
Okay. I would not say about its stories and popularity anymore.
If you wonder how much great it is, I would like to highly recommend 'Squid Game and you are definitely loving this and going to be willing to wait for the season 2.You might want to know more my country, 'South Korea' already famous for BTS.

But, I am thinking the reason why I decided to write this thing even if I am so awkward for English.
Am I hoping the people around the world to want to find out well my counrty or share the thoughts on this dramas?
Before Covid 19 I did not fear going abroad but now I am so worried about it. Through YouTube I would watch terrible things some foreigners really hate Asian people and they say bad languages or use wrong gesture and spit.
Covid 19 is not Korean's falut and so I do not want to go through racism.
We are, I am and everybody is a victim because nobody exactly knows where the Covid 19 came from. So I wish there is no existence of the aggressive behaviour at least to Korean.
What's more we are not ruthless people as the STORY.
I hope this writing is a little bit helpful for the people living other counties to pay attention to my country, South Korea.
And also it has been a long time for me to write something in English so you might feel difficult to figure out what I mean. Anyway thank you for visiting me and I hope to see you again.
